The Institute of Sociology is located in the Georg Forster building, 3rd floor, on the campus of the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Jakob-Welder-Weg 12. From Mainz main station, the university can be easily reached by streetcar on lines 51 and 53. If arriving by car, please note that driving on the campus on weekdays is only possible with a permit.
